Okay, the concept for this one is pretty simple: Basically, you ask a stupid/weird question, and then the person after you answers it, and then asks one of their own. For example, from another site:
Person 1: Why don't cats land on their tails?
Person 2: Because bobcats don't have any, and the person who created the rule about cats wanted to make sure every cat was equal. What is Lois Joanna Lane-Kent's name?
Person 3: Steve, sometimes. Why does 2 + 2 = 4? Why doesn't it equal, say, 17?
Etc, Etc. So! Considering I'm starting, I don't have to answer a question~. -prances merrily- But I get to ask one!

Because the idea of superheroes originates from the Renaissance era of Europe, when tights on men were hot stuff.

There's a test to be one, of course. Some manage to bluff their way through it, or pass and then develop later on, but those that aren't are not allowed to be superheroes. Where did you think supervillains came from?
