So Shibyou's been played on quite a few sites before this one, largely remaining unchanged between all his different iterations. Same morality, same motivations, same personality. For some reason, even though I've always written Shibyou as some kind of super scientist...he's always worked alone. Which worked perfectly fine on those boards, mainly because that was how things turned out.
This time around, though, I'd like to have him actually take on someone as a sort of personal assistant to his work. I feel that the possibilities in an employee/employer relationship would help further Shibyou's character beyond what he's previously been written as.
As far as who the actual assistant is -- no restrictions for ideas! Perhaps they seek to function as an anchor, trying to keep their employer grounded in reality when he loses himself in his work? Maybe they share his "ends justify the means" mentality? Maybe they agree with his intentions, but disapprove of his methods; they might even see it as a personal challenge to try and "humanize" the alter-ego of Pazuzu.
