December 6,
Who to pick who to pick? Every tool must be assigned for the proper job and this is no different. I need to be smart about this. Naturally some potential "employees" will prove better at ridding me of these...children. For reference in the future I will record who I think should go after who.
Overload vs. Kid Flash: How can you stop someone who can run at the speed of light? Simple, get someone made of light to kill him. Overload could potentially match his speed. Better yet, Kid Flash fights close range while overload can do distance as well. As long as I keep the electric beast far from water than there is a good chance. Must try to stage battle in desert. Repeat process to eliminate Mas y Menos.
Cinderblock vs. Cyborg: In a perfect world I would get Blood. Life is not perfect. It's unknown if Blood's parts even managed to not get fried from his last encounter. Plus Blood would try to usurp me. Cinderblock can match Cyborg's strength and that's all I can hope for. Hopefully the rock head can at least weaken him so I can give the final blow.
Mad Mod vs. Beast Boy: Beast Boy is a ferocious fighter and unfairly seen as "the weak one". Not true, I know, I fought him. For lack of a better word when he fights angry he is an animal. However he is not the sharpest tool in the shed and prone to suggestion. Mod will "re-educate" him. Foolproof.
Trident vs. Aqualad: Simple reason, who else can breathe underwater and fight? Plus he's got experience with the boy, something I do not have.
Mumbo vs. Raven: Malchior is more powerful sure but he was sent to another dimension by herald and I cannot locate him. Even if he was around Raven would just bind him back to the book. Mumbo's in his own world...well, sometimes. Not only is he a loon but he actually has his own pocket dimension where he is god. Get her in there alone and it is game over. It has to be done by surprise though, if not I risk her tapping into her father's power. Trigon is a target for another time.
Red X vs. Speedy: I've got the cash and I know where to find xenothium so getting him to join be simple enough. Keeping him on my side is more difficult. he has helped the Titans as often as he has hurt them. But if I can get him to fight he goes after Speedy. Red X may have gotten the suit from Robin but he can't match his skill. Two Robin wannabes in a death match.
Blackfire vs. Starfire: Sibling rivalry is a powerful hatred that I can exploit. As long as Blackfire takes her by surprise than she stands a chance.
Robots vs. Jericho: Robots don't have minds that can be possessed. Easiest one on the list. Although something about the boy troubles me. I cannot put my finger on it but something is...different about him.
Robin vs. Myself: Reasons for this are both selfish and common sense. I smile when I imagine his head under my boot.
